Delivery of your order

Your product will be delivered to the delivery address indicated in your order.
Orders are being sent out weekly on Wednesday and Saturday. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email. The delivery time from shipment is generally 1 to 3 days for Belgium. For other European countries (including Switzerland) it may take up to 2 weeks. However, these delivery times are provided for information only and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Shipping information

The shipment of your order will take place when all products of your order are in stock and when the payment has been received. We send out orders with various postal services, which you can select at the check-out. We inform you by e-mail when your order has been shipped.

When all products of your order are in stock, it is usually shipped within a week.

Tax and Import fees

Please note that your order might be eligible for added tax and import fees if you are NOT an EU resident.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs vary by the weight of your package and the country of destination. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at check-out.
